Racism isn’t something that only happens in the outside world—it’s part of the institutionalized policies and mindsets that surround us as a society. Acknowledging its presence in the workplace is a good first step, but it’s on us allies to commit to anti-racist work every day and in every way to create a more equitable and just space for our BIPOC communities. We established the Associate Resource Group here at Abercrombie to provide associates a space to learn, connect and feel seen.
